Carlos Fuentes is a 22-year old music lover and listener based in Portland, Oregon. Born and raised in Oregon, he has lived all over the state and holds two degrees in English and environmental science from the University of Portland.
He currently works as a reporter for The Columbian in Vancouver, WA, covering city politics.
The son of two immigrants from Mexico, Fuentes holds a particular interest in the intersection of music, minorities, bi-cultural music and other related topics.
